Eligibility/Services:
- Child suspected of, at risk for, or known to have developmental delays/ disabilities
- Child of ages birth to 9
- Private pay program
- Developmental/psychological evaluations; neurodevelopmental/medical assessment in Bowling Green by developmental pediatricians from University of Louisville
- Identification of developmental delays; treatment plans
- Referral for additional assessment, treatment and follow up
- Transdisciplinary services:
- Occupational therapy
- Speech therapy
- Physical therapy
- Behavioral management
- Psychological Services
- Home programming
- Transition assistance to community programs
