Eligibility/Services:

• Child suspected of, at risk for, or known to have developmental delays/ disabilities
• Child of ages birth to 9
• Private pay program
• Developmental/psychological evaluations; neurodevelopmental/medical assessment in Bowling Green by developmental pediatricians from University of Louisville
• Identification of developmental delays; treatment plans
• Referral for additional assessment, treatment and follow up
• Transdisciplinary services:
  • Occupational therapy,
  • Speech therapy,
  • Physical therapy,
  • Behavioral management,
  • Psychological Services
• Home programming
• Transition assistance to community programs
